Happy Birthday, fluffyskelecat!
Today I walked this morning for 4.62 miles in 93 mins (5.90 miles for 12,762 steps) with my DH then got on the recumbent bike for 12.25 miles in 45 mins and an episode of Castle then a 150 second plank then 40 assisted pull ups (not pretty but DONE!) then KCM's Start Here - workout #2 - Sculpting. Now I'm gonna read for the rest of the day!

Good morning lovies! Mondays are my day off work so, technically, I'm still on my weekend. Starting my day with a Frankenshake (I love my Ninja blender), vitamins, and yoga (Sunrise Salute in my living room). It is cold outside but, the sun is shining which makes all the difference in the world to this Chicago girl. As soon as warmer mornings start, I'm thinking of doing an early morning walk challenge. Everyone logs in and says hello the moment they step outside for their morning walk. Maybe even do a realtime chat as we walk to make the time fly. Thoughts?0
