    Split up my walking today. I thought it was warm enough to get out and take the dog for a walk again, and our snow is almost completely melted now! But it was still quite cold, and I went fast and was back home rather quickly! Then I did another mile on the treadmill this afternoon. Right now the forecast is calling for 40s and possibly even into the 50s this weekend, so I'm looking forward to a nicer walk outdoors soon!! Also started Stronglifts 5x5 today, so I'm betting tomorrow's walk might be difficult with some sore legs!!

    I had to stop pushing so much with my walking as it was holding me back on my running. I am continuing to focus on 10,000 steps though, and it feels great being regularly active again this month!

    I take it this challenge will go pass January. I am in. I have a fitbit charge hd and love it. My goal is 11600 steps daily which gives me 5 miles. I got 11400 steps today.

    The weather is horrible today, getting the tail end of a storm this week, so I'll probably be getting lifts to work and back home for a few days, combined with 6 hour work shifts this week instead of 9 hour, i'll be lucky to get 15k steps in each day. :)

    40°F, snow melted, I could get outside and walk. It was so groovy to be outside. Granted, it was chilly and cloudy, but the snow was gone and I was free!
