I broke my fast at 1 pm today. No food in the house so I made a shake with Quest peanut butter protein powder, 12g of powdered pb, 10g oats, 100g 0% fage, 5g unsweetened cocoa, cinnamon, walden farms chocolate sauce, sea salt, xanthan gum, and stevia.

I had no idea you could buy xanthan gum and add it to your food purposefully! learn something new everyday.

Today: Greek yogurt with cinnamon chex mixed in it. (some days I also have fruit with this or granola instead of chex)

Yesterday: Egg whites scrambled with shredded cheese on toast. (sometimes I add bacon to this)

A serving of banana bread baked oatmeal. I made this recipe and froze the individual servings so that I could reheat it at work.

We bought a Vitamix in december and i'm not over the novelty, 4-5 mornings out of 7 it's some variant on a smoothy. this am had pineapple, banana, raspberries, strawberries and greek yogurt with a little water to stretch it (fruit all frozen) 304 calories - fruit varies all the time - I find surprisingly these keep me full most days until lunch and give me good energy levels. the other days i will have gramola milk and fruit, or granola yogurt and fruit. occasionally i'll have an english muffin an egg and cheddar cheese. Always I have coffee or tea

Raisin bran with lowfat milk and some almonds and walnuts. And coffee. I often have a frozen low-cal breakfast sandwich or wrap. Sometimes a nutrition bar.

Whole wheat pancakes using Triple Zero yogurt with a smear of peanut butter, 2 slices of deli roast beef, and pepper jack cheese with a drizzle of maple syrup.

Most mornings though I have a chocolate rice cake to calm my stomach, then eat eggs in some form or another at work with a protein shake mid morning.

Same breakfast I have every morning, 50 grams of Special K Strawberry & Dark Chocolate with 100 ml soy milk -- keeps me full for awhile, and lets me have something sweet in the morning so I'm not craving sweets all day!
