Signed back up today...not really trying to lose much, just stay accountable to keep working on my goals. I have a system for staying accountable with my workouts, nutrition is where I need a little clean up.0

New to all this but trying to learn and change my life. Started at 268 now at 240 but still a long way to 140.
Being 53 I just need to change everything i was doing or not doing to live a longer and happier life.
Got a lot to learn but I am going and the fact is that I am 100% in charge of me.
