I am 59 pounds from my First goal (of 100 pounds down), I have a total of 91 pounds to go left to my ultimate goal of 160 pounds (I started at 292) I would LOVE To lose the 59 pounds by June but that is 11.8 pounds per month... and that is a stretch... but i would love to even hit like 8 pounds a month which would get me to about 11 pounds above onederland by the end of june... feel free to add me!0

50 pounds is my goal as well. Starting weight 202. 5'6. Started almost 2 weeks ago and 8 pounds down! Decided to start when I was diagnosed with diabetes. Determined to lose the entire 50 pounds. Not sure if I will succeed by summer but I'm sure going to give it my best!0

Me, too! That's about 3 lbs a week. Doable, but will take hard work/dedication (Dolvett - Biggest Loser mantra).0

How do you all set your goal weight? I don't think the BMI chart (based on height) works well for me personally. Could use some advice. I think I need to lose roughly 30-35 lbs0

Please add me to this group! I lost 85 pounds but had two discs collapse in my neck and the medicine I had to take caused me to gain back most of it. I can really use some support to keep me motivated. I want to feel sexy again!!0

Me too! I've struggled with weight ups and downs my whole life and this is the year it all changes! Life style change, no fad diets! If anyone wants to join me I've been having some great success with eating 100% paleo, and only the lower fat recipes until Easter. I started 5 days ago and I'm already down 5lbs! After Easter I will go to 80/20 lifestyle which is what is generally recommended. (That 20% still being healthy things just not necessarily paleo)0
