    Well it's Sunday people, weigh in day. Woke up feeling awful, sore stomach, bloathed and constipated. Blech.... weighed in anyway
    Challenge start weight 251
    Today 252.4 arrrggh
    However, I don't think the gain is accurate so it will make next week's weighing look even better. How that for a positive spin?

    I want to join today, just saw this. goal weight 170 last sunday weight 259.8 today 258.6 only lost 1 pound wanted to lose 2 but thats ok lost something will do better this week for sure

    Aloha all, I hope all is going well. I am going to weigh in on Friday mornings. I don't know why but that works best for me. I control what I eat better during the week. If I weigh in on Friday I don't feel bad about eating a little junk on the weekends. Weird I know but I lost 10 lbs last month using this process with no food/body shaming. Rock on people

    I'm in...I started about two weeks ago, my stats are:

    SW: 187
    CW: 179.4 (broke into the 170's this morning)
    GW: 130 (by the end of 2016)

    I'm ready to get rid of 10 by the 29th!

    I don't track my weight weekly but monthly. (When I do it too often it stresses me out and I get into a negative mindloop :P ) But my starting weight from the beginning of this month is 177.8 lbs and I will check again at the end of the month. Would love to lose ten by the end of February! Good luck everyone!
