Does anybody know any good ways to burn fat fast and gain more muscle tone? Please help!!!!

You really can't do both. Create a small deficit and do some heavy lifting.0

You have three options. You can lose weight while retaining as much muscle as possible. You can maintain your current weight and lose a little fat while building a little muscle in a process called recomposition. Or you can start a bulk to build more muscle and then cut the fat later to reveal it.

carbs dont make you fat. Overeating makes you fat. And i lift on a deficit , its fine0

Totally fine for a beginner. I even did it as an intermediate lifter on a cut. Didn't last too long but it was good while it lasted.0 -
