    Usually back pain is from improper form with too heavy of weights. Vid yourself and post and some of the more experience people here can help you. I

    If you have pain then rest your back, it will be a shorter recovery time than I hiring yourself further and when you do Introduce some stretches take it really steady.
    If your lower back is pulling chances are you have tight hip flexors and hamstrings so I would gentry stretch those out 3 times a day for a few days.
