    You are obviously very proud of yourself as you should be! Please share some of the things that were beneficial to keeping yourself on track and what you did to pull yourself back when you felt you may have been close to slipping up. You look great by the way.

    I just decided I to refuse to die from preventable disease. Simple as that. When I would start to want to stray, I told myself that. It's my choice what I eat and it's my choice if I'm successful or not. Establish accountability with people on here and with yourself. Lack of accountability is how I ended up over 300 pounds in the first place.

    Some skin. Nothing too bad. I prefer it to having the same skin filled with fat.
