Doing LCHF in Istanbul

Hello! I'm Merve (Mer-vay) from Istanbul, Turkey and I started doing the LCHF diet this week. I've had trouble maintaining my weight since I was a teen and have tried so many diets, etc. Before discovering LCHF I tried to go Paleo but it never really got my attention because there was no dairy allowed. But now it seems like I can really continue with LCHF!!! I'm really excited and have also been workibg out and hope to lose - and keep off- 14 kg. I want to live the LCHF way and not just keep dieting like a fad.
