3. Brush and floss my teeth after dinner. Put whitening trays on if my teeth can handle it.
4. Log it before I eat it?
5. Drink a half bottle of water first.
6. Say a prayer first.

On the days that I eat "bone broth" I seem to do better. I am trying to follow the 26Blue dot com hints for unquenchable hunger. Lack of water makes the body seek water from food...hunger. Lack of sleep makes the body seek energy from food...hunger. So it says to drink at least 6 cups of water, sleep in at least one day a week, eat "bone broth", and take a natural B vitamin (like the brands natural source, raw, or thorne research). I have not bought the B vitamins yet. Two days ago I made a beef bone broth and was not hungry the rest of the day and night. So I have bought two chicken quarters and am putting one with an onion into my electric pressure cooker. I will have that for breakfast and see how I do in the evening.

Cool. I was going to start it last night but I went to a basketball game and ended up having a couple of chocolate chip cookies after 10pm so I'm starting it tonight.

Welcome! It sounds like you have a good plan for keeping the snacking away. My hubby loves Frosted Mini Wheats, too, and he mixes it with Kellogg's Double Chocolate Crave cereal. I also definitely understand the part about eating well during the day and blowing it at night. That was a terrible problem I had and still struggle with at times (my desire to keep my streak going is preventing me from giving in...lol!). Stay strong!

Sorry I was AWOL the past few days. I was out of town last weekend for a mini-vacation with hubby.0 -

I weighed in two pounds less this morning although I had an "I need brown sugar NOW!" fix at 10 pm last night. I added 3 Tbsp of it to Honey Clusters Fiber cereal with wheat germ, chia and hemp seeds, topped off with soy milk in a small bowl. I also am working on having my biggest meal no later than lunch time.0
