Challenge Goal Weight (for Sept. 1st): 194
Weight Category: Reduce
I am going for a realistic goal of 12lbs loss for the challenge. I know over the summer that there will be barbecues, a birthday (mine lol), some holidays although I haven't figured out what or when yet lol, an occasional beverage, etc. So hopefully I will be able to achieve an average of 1 lb a week. What I DON'T want to do this time is to play with the same stupid 2 or 3 lbs for over a month like I did in our last challenge. I want to be serious about this! Losing weight feels wonderful, and I want to do more of it! And I want by the end of this challenge to be safely ensconced in Onederland!!

Am I too late??? I think I signed up for your last challenge but April and May were a complete bust for me for health reasons and I forgot about my challenges!!!!!!

I am 148lbs looking ot get down to 130lbs. I lose about a pound a week so looking ot be there by September 1.0 -

Based on the last challenge my goal is about .5 lbs a week. I lost 1 lb this week but that is not typical for me. So we will see how it goes. Good luck everyone! :flowerforyou:
