I have lost 110lbs (50kgs) with a salad diet (no gym!). The sudden death of my dad was my turning point to change my lifestyle. I realised being healthy is the most important thing in life. My biggest motivation where my old pics. I'm now at my desired weight and started with going to the gym like a fanatic. My next goal is to transform completely from obese to beast with lean dry muscles (no bulking).

Just look at my pics... if i can do it, so can you!!!

Feel free to add me as a friend.
I hope to inspire more people

    As your Tshirt says Champion

Mate I know all to well the feelings that's follow after a death of a parent. I have lost both by the age of 32 and puts you in a confused and uneasy place which I have been in some time and slowly trying to get out of it and get my Heath back.

Well done mate you smashed it.

a salad diet? I assume by this you basically saying you didn't exercise and crash dieted? (under 1200 calories)? I'm cool w/ whatever works for people. any further thoughts/musings on how you did it and how the process went?

Unfortunately from looking at his diary, he usually burns 1,000-1,500 calories a day and often eats less than 1,000 total. It's great that he lost weight but I don't k how how healthy and sustainable it is.
