I weighed in two pounds less this morning although I had an "I need brown sugar NOW!" fix at 10 pm last night. I added 3 Tbsp of it to Honey Clusters Fiber cereal with wheat germ, chia and hemp seeds, topped off with soy milk in a small bowl. I also am working on having my biggest meal no later than lunch time.0 -
