    Successes/struggles this week: Well, this was not a healthy weight loss and my moods have been all over the place so I'm sure that does not help. I'm hoping to level the playing field as I get back on track with exercising.

    Successes/struggles: I have been around this weight since November, like I am "maintaining". Got injured and also working 12-14-hr days (tax season for me) so I am just trying to not gain weight and work out when I can. Hardly wait for the end of April. :)
