Successes/struggles this week - Anniversary dinner Tuesday night, with a couple of glasses of really good wine and dessert. Did not exercise the next day. 2 slices of pizza, two nights in a row. Had two glasses of wine on Friday night. Obviously those are all the struggles. Successes - I got in at least 30 minutes of exercise the rest of the week, and yesterday did 90 min. Back at it - Super Bowl at my house, and I have preplanned what I am going to eat - really need to stick my plan

Super Bowl!!! Ahh went shopping yesterday and picked up the typical football food but also lots of healthy options. My goal for today is to make the right choices of what to eat and portion control! Go Carolina!

    Ugh.
    I get tired really easily.
Am trying to get a few things done, taking rests in between - and I am trying to get the step count back up a bit.

'Success' for me this week will mean taking care to not overdo it!

    Successes/struggles this week:

No change this week. Exactly the same weight as Monday, so I may recheck on Monday to give it a full week instead. I know I went over calories yesterday. We got our favorite takeout that we used to get weekly but hadn't had in a month. It's Chinese and packed with sodium so I'm sure I'm retaining water. Also still trying to get rid of a cold that won't quit.

Successes are I'm back to my daily walks, and continuing with Stronglifts 5x5 too. My jeans are fitting better, and overall I'm feeling more comfortable in my clothes. I'm sure getting plenty of extra fluids will not only help with this cold, but flushing out any sodium from the junk this week. No loss is still better than a gain!!

Well, I rechecked this morning and I was up 0.2 lbs, so definitely no loss this week. First week since I started just before the first of the year I haven't lost anything. I knew it would slow down, but I didn't think I would have a week I just didn't lose anything. I must keep focused though, because this is not a stopping point.

    Good luck y'all!

    Hi Everyone!

I noticed quite a few people wanted to continue on from the January 2016 Weight Loss Challenge. It works the same way; set your own goals and weigh in each week. You can weigh on on a different day if it fits your schedule better.

Everyone is welcome and you can join at any time.

Copy (below), paste in a new reply and add your own information. Each week update in another new reply.

Thank you so much for starting the new thread! (I have been ill, so it completely slipped my mind until the wee hours of this morning!)
    Sta

No problem! I appreciated you starting it the last few months. I figured I could take a turn. Hope you're feeling better!

"Tabloop" - Sta has been doing this for waaaaay longer than a "few" months :)
