I had a McD's cheeseburger yesterday and was feeling guilty. I'm so using this recipe for guilt-free eating.

Tip****Add approximately 1 Tbl. Kitchen Bouquet to the browned meat to make the finished recipe look more browned.

Made these yesterday with a couple changes. Drained browned beef before adding to crockpot, I did use the mustard, I also added 2 teas. of Kitchen Bouquet to browned beef and used 8 oz. Cabot 75% reduced-fat White Sharp Cheddar Cheese instead of lower fat Velveeta. Results were yummy...hubby loved this recipe! And the good news is the total calorie count for a 1/3 cup serving = 152 calories. This saves you about 30 calories from the original recipe. We served the cheeseburger on Nature's Own Whole Wheat sandwich round slightly toasted which added another 100 calories for a grand total of 252 calories (4.6g total fat, 1.8 g sat. fat, 43.7mg cholesterol, 245.5mg sodium, 29.2mg potassium, 1g sugar, 2.1g carbs, 21.7g protein, 4.6% Vitamin A, 1.9% Vitamin C, 16.3% Calcium and 8.9% Iron). I used a small amount of lower sugar Heinz Ketchup as a condiment and it tastes just the same as regular ketchup but with much less sugar.

sounds yummy! I'm not an onion eater, but I think I would be able to do a few diced ones if I cooked them with the burger in the pan! I HATE mustard too!
