I'm doing this challenge all year long as part of my 2016 commitment plans.
My rule: No solid food after 8p.m.
It's working so far.Streak--since January 1, should be 365 days by the end of the year.
I don't need motivation. I made a decision for myself and my health; I will follow through.

As of Feb 10th - ME-9 LNS - 1 - I only 'fell off the wagon" once this month so far!0

Not feeling like a win yet - may need to adjust goals for nights I don't make it home til after 9 :P maybe those nights it should be nothing sweet with/after dinner - anyone else trying to do this with sometimes late schedules?0 -

any tips on sticking to it? what should i eat for my last meal (macro-wise) to avoid getting hungry/wanting to eat at night? Would eating a salad without dressing (if I'm really hungry) count as a LNS? lol0
