    I know it's ahead of schedule (12 Feb) but had to report that I weighed myself today and I am happy to say that I weighed 192. Hopefully, I can maintain that or add to it by the 12th.

    I'd say all in all I'm well ahead of schedule. Need to hold strong this weekend and control the intake (i.e. Alcohol), maybe allow a glass or two of vino and just a wee bit of Irish cream in my café.

    Successes/struggles this week: Week 2 of my workout and while its a tough workout- It's been a harder mental struggle than physical. Once I am doing it- I get down to business but mentally preparing to just do it has been hard this week. Getting in my 10,000 steps daily :)
    So close to my March 1st Goal I can taste it haha!!!

    Successes/struggles this week: I weigh myself daily because I like the data, and I had a lot of fluctuations up and down this week. I did a pretty good job of ignoring the scale and focusing on the process.

    Successes/struggles this week: This week I stayed under my calorie goal for the most part. Other than on Super Bowl Sunday of course. But going a little crazy that day made me crave good foods in the right portions for the rest of the week. Also, two of my friends at the party approached me separately to ask if I'd lost weight! It was great encouragement to hear that it's visible. This weekend I'll have a cheat day on Saturday for sure. My husband and I are going on a weekend trip. I'm going to let myself not worry, but still be mindful.

    Successes/struggles this week: I know these things fluctuate week to week and the hope is for a general downward progress with some weeks a little up, but this was really disappointing. I've been making a serious effort to eat healthier - I've eliminated a lot of things, made healthy choices eating out, sworn off anything to drink but water and tea/coffee, and I still gained 1.6 pounds! I had one or two mess-ups with veering off but that shouldn't account for that much weight gain. My schedule doesn't really allow for anything but the yoga I do at 5:30 in the morning, but I'm going to see about taking the dogs for a little longer walks and keep making healthy choices.

    After no change for over a week, I'm down exactly 2 lbs this week. I've cut way back on the cardio and just focusing on my Stronglifts 5x5 workouts on M/W/F. I finished week 2 today. Today is also my husband's birthday, and going to be a ridiculous calorie day. He's working from home and I just finished making/eating one of his favorite meals for lunch and making his absolute favorite meal for dinner tonight with a homemade cheesecake for dessert. This doesn't happen often, and I've tried to stay right at or under my calories all week, so I should have enough of a weekly deficit to not do too much damage. We had plans to go out for his birthday, but both of our families cancelled on babysitting, so again not letting the extra food tonight guilt me. We're still making it special!

    Successes other than the 2 lb loss are my husband really noticing the effort and changes. He's commenting on how much better I look and seems genuinely proud of me, and that is keeping me motivated. My muscles aren't as sore or sore for as long after workouts either. I'm feeling good!! Another reason to celebrate tonight! And since we don't really celebrate V-day around here, I'm definitely not worried about the extra splurge tonight!

    Successes/struggles this week: Weight looks like it stayed the same, which is better than going up but I know that the scale still said 200 a few times this week. I guess my struggle right now is looking at the scale too often. I should just stick to my weekly weigh ins and that's it, otherwise my fluctuations drive me crazy! I also slacked on working out, I only did 2 days this week instead of my goal of 4. I need to find a better motivation/accountability system to get myself on a regular workout schedule. Also, I need new sneakers desperately. Better luck next week!

    Successes/struggles this week: Cheat day for the super bowl and lots of delicious delicious junk food lying around afterwards. After Sunday (didn't log), I was on-target for the rest of the week. Day I ate catered lunch at work I was obscenely hungry for the rest of the day (not sure if I overestimate lunch cals or just wasn't filling) but i stuck it out. Feeling sick, not sure how that will affect me.
