    2 cups cottage cheese
    1/4 cup fat free cream cheese
    1 small box sugar free lemon jello dissolved in 1/2 cup boiling water
    1 scoop protein powder

    Blend with an immersion blender until all chunks are gone. Pour into a pie pan and refrigerate until set. Tastes like a no bake jello cheesecake.

    Not sure if anyone suggested this yet, but you can use cottage cheese in lieu of mayo or sour cream to make veggie dip. If you want it to be smooth use a blender or food processor to mix it.
