    Successes/struggles this week: Cheat day for the super bowl and lots of delicious delicious junk food lying around afterwards. After Sunday (didn't log), I was on-target for the rest of the week. Day I ate catered lunch at work I was obscenely hungry for the rest of the day (not sure if I overestimate lunch cals or just wasn't filling) but i stuck it out. Feeling sick, not sure how that will affect me.

    I know it's ahead of schedule (12 Feb) but had to report that I weighed myself today and I am happy to say that I weighed 192. Hopefully, I can maintain that or add to it by the 12th.

    I'd say all in all I'm well ahead of schedule. Need to hold strong this weekend and control the intake (i.e. Alcohol), maybe allow a glass or two of vino and just a wee bit of Irish cream in my café.

    Did my official weigh in today, 191 is the magic number. Hopefully I can keep on track with these numbers, especially over the extended weekend. I just have to remember to make smart food choices.

    Successes/struggles this week: I made myself workout every single day this week and started taking up walks some evenings for an extra boost. For some reason in the earlier part of the week there were two days where I wanted to eat everything! It was awful but it passed. Not sure about that one.

    Successes/struggles this week: I got all the way down to 141 on the 11th. 145 was just water weight (I was 143 yesterday, 144 today (again, water weight). Having trouble with hormones, pancakes... I know I can do it, it's just that I manage good all week then screw up for one or two days and then I'm back to where I started. It's beyond frustrating.
