Successes/struggles this week: Cheat day for the super bowl and lots of delicious delicious junk food lying around afterwards. After Sunday (didn't log), I was on-target for the rest of the week. Day I ate catered lunch at work I was obscenely hungry for the rest of the day (not sure if I overestimate lunch cals or just wasn't filling) but i stuck it out. Feeling sick, not sure how that will affect me.0 -

I know it's ahead of schedule (12 Feb) but had to report that I weighed myself today and I am happy to say that I weighed 192. Hopefully, I can maintain that or add to it by the 12th.

I'd say all in all I'm well ahead of schedule. Need to hold strong this weekend and control the intake (i.e. Alcohol), maybe allow a glass or two of vino and just a wee bit of Irish cream in my café.

Did my official weigh in today, 191 is the magic number. Hopefully I can keep on track with these numbers, especially over the extended weekend. I just have to remember to make smart food choices.

Today its vday and i over indulged just a tab so my weight has jump up 3lbs and i know ill lose like 2lbs over night again but im little gutted my effort has gone to waste on today ack well. Ive got to august to get 2st off as im bridemaid.
