    I know it's ahead of schedule (12 Feb) but had to report that I weighed myself today and I am happy to say that I weighed 192. Hopefully, I can maintain that or add to it by the 12th.

    I'd say all in all I'm well ahead of schedule. Need to hold strong this weekend and control the intake (i.e. Alcohol), maybe allow a glass or two of vino and just a wee bit of Irish cream in my café.

    Did my official weigh in today, 191 is the magic number. Hopefully I can keep on track with these numbers, especially over the extended weekend. I just have to remember to make smart food choices.

    Successes/struggles this week: I made myself workout every single day this week and started taking up walks some evenings for an extra boost. For some reason in the earlier part of the week there were two days where I wanted to eat everything! It was awful but it passed. Not sure about that one.

    Successes/struggles this week: I got all the way down to 141 on the 11th. 145 was just water weight (I was 143 yesterday, 144 today (again, water weight). Having trouble with hormones, pancakes... I know I can do it, it's just that I manage good all week then screw up for one or two days and then I'm back to where I started. It's beyond frustrating.

    This week i aimed to be a bit striker on food intake. Need to focus like i did last year.

    Today its vday and i over indulged just a tab :) so my weight has jump up 3lbs :( and i know ill lose like 2lbs over night again but im little gutted my effort has gone to waste on today :( ack well. Ive got to august to get 2st off as im bridemaid. :D

    Successes/struggles this week: This month seems to be slow and steady. I'm pretty sure I know why my weight was up last week, and there was nothing to be done about that. Just riding it out and watching my calories a little closer. I'm glad to see such a drop for this weigh in because I've been up quite a bit since the last one. The best part is that I feel better today. Nothing beats that!

    Successes/struggles 1st week: What?! I gained 4.5 lbs in 5 days?! I didn't even know that was possible. The scale is going the wrong way. I exercised every day. I didn't eat super great, but I didn't eat horribly either. I went over a few days, but not by much. Heavy sigh. Hopefully next week have a better #.

    Successes/struggles 2nd week: Had emergency gall bladder surgery on the 10th. It sort of put a damper on exercise. Ha. I am slowly getting back into the swing of things this week.
