    172.8 for me this week........things have really slowed down for me now, which bit gutted about as holiday is less than 2 weeks away now, really wanted to reach the 12st mark (168lbs) but feeling doubtful x

    Helloo all hope everyone had a great weekend!! Thought I'd do my weight today, just not trying to weigh myself so much at the moment because I'm not losing much now.

    Weight is 152.6 so only a small loss, but better than nothing!

    I had a gain this week :blushing:, mark me at 199 for the week. I think it's PMS bloat but it's been there ALL week so I guess I have to count it. Boo.

    UGH!!! 184.4, I have gained several pounds in the last couple of weeks. I have got to get that back down. My goal weight is 165.0. I just need to go meal by meal, day by day. I can do this, so can the rest of you. I am really shocked at how much I gained. When I weighed this morning, I truly thought that I was over guessing, I guess I wasn't.

    Here is to the start of a new week and to our daily and weekly goals. Have a great week ladies. :bigsmile:

    267 T-T I gained 6 pounds. :sad: Guess its my fault for having so much soda and salt this past week.


    Goal : Cut soda down to nothing and cut salt out.:brokenheart:

    I"m logging in today @ 196.2

    A 0.2 lb loss from last week... still up 0.9lb from the beginning... ugh! I need to get back on track....... I can do this! (Gotta keep telling myself that)

    Good morning, ladies!!!! Hope you all had a great weekend!

    Weighing in this week at 176.4 - a loss of 1.6 lbs from last week!! I've got a busy week ahead starting tonight (Florence + The Machine in concert!!!!) so I will need to be very disciplined to keep the scale moving in the right direction.

    I'm incredibly disappointed. Today's weigh in was 204 even.

    Despite having not gone over my calories by more than ~25 (and even that overage was only on 3 of the last 30 days!), I'm still posting a 2.4# gain this week. So incredibly disheartening.
