Lobster Mac n Cheese with Parmesan Roasted Asparagus, Valentine's Decorated sugar cookies

Poutine week in Montreal: poutine with smoked baby back ribs and Jack Daniel's barbecue sauce (on the side for me), smoked beef brisket and creamy cabbage slaw @ Burger Bar Crescent.
Valentine's day breakfast: dark chocolate waffle with salted caramel sauce (not pictured) with egg and bacon.
Hubby also cooked this for dinner: homemade fettucine with bacon, goat cheese, dandelion greens and walnuts.
It was tasty and amazing.

Sunday's repast was veggies and pig skins braised in red wine stew with water chestnut cake chippies. Lunch today
was a huge salad that was so huge I had to take half of it home for dinner, which I then reinvented into a hot pasta dish with rigatoni, tomato and mascarpone sauce mixed with egg for a creamier sauce, grated cheese and herbs.

Today's lunch, a thai-inspired chicken salad with romaine, baby spinach, bell pepper, cucumbers, julienned carrots, pineapple chunk and red curry grilled chicken breast with creamy peanut-tamarind vinaigrette and some Sriracha.

Long day and almost every food joint was closed, leaving only the congee stall ... so dinner was century egg congee with fried fritter. Made an omelette to go with the congee and that was that.
