This weight was from a few days ago. I am trying not to weigh myself everyday because I know it can fluctuate a little and I do not want to stay to focused on the number. We have one week left! I have managed to avoid soda for 13 days now! My goal this week is to stay under my calorie goal each day. I hope I can reach my goal or at least get close!0 -
Start: 1/26- 192lbs
Current: 2/8- 189.5
Goal: 187lbs
Progress: I'm so happy! I finally saw a number under 190 on the scale.... It's been awhile. It feels so good to succeed.
Plan: keep up my protein and fiber intake, and drink wayyy more water!0 -

I am not weighing myself til Thursday morning, but I was under my calorie goal for today and I also avoided soda again today. It's been 2 weeks!0

I was sick yesterday but lost a little weight as I was way under my calories.

Today I stayed away from soda again! I stayed under my calorie goal. I decided to go ahead and weigh myself this morning and I had lost a little more. I plan to weigh again on Thursday.

Well my goal was 179 and SW was 184. I ended up at 180.20

Awesome job to those of you that accomplished your goals and for everyone who made progress! You guys are an inspiration to me. I did not meet my goal but I learned a lot along the way and feel good going forward0

I started another challenge because this really helped encourage me! It is under the forums in challenges and is titled st. Patrick's day challenge. I hope you guys will like to join! I enjoyed this!0
