Belly! Massive weight loss plus 2 kids = no amount of exercise will fix it!

Definitely my gut. At 5'10" 162 lbs and 13%bf, i'm at a decently healthy weight a82nd composition. However, guess where that 13% is held? Yep, all in my gut making me tragically skinny fat. The worst of both worlds. Thanks, mom and dad!

Whenever I talk to people, everyone seems so confident or loves one part of their body (ex. abs, chest, arms, ect). Does anyone else have a place where they feel really uncomfortable?

For me, I hate my back. I'm fat all over but something about my back drives me nuts. I have back fat rolls and they cause me serious anxiety. I wear shape wear to help hide them and buy my clothing accordingly. Does anyone else feel this way?

Yep! The back fat. Then tummy. The only thing I'm proud of as far as belly concerned. No stretch marks after 4 kids but I am built like a rectangle. Even when thin and newly married, not much of a waistline. Would love some curves!

I've been thinking of corsett training once I'm down 15 more pounds. They are pricey! Anyone else have success with a good old fashioned corsett? I heard it can curve your waist by two inches! what got me going on this idea is after my back surgery I noticed my back brace really reducing my lower belly (and correcting posture)

Most definitely, without a doubt it's my belly. Every time I gain weight back, it goes there and my lower back.

I have a lot! My tiny flat nose, my small eyes, stomach, calves, quadriceps, my nonexistent boobs, my back, the shape of my face, armpit stretch marks, my small butt (wish it was Bigger), my waist (I wish it was smaller), my height (I wish I could be taller), and my hair because it is so thin and frizzy.

My chest. I've been called pigeon chested on a number of occasions and I'm really self-conscious about it. Working in lots more incline/decline presses and ALL TEH FLYEZ at the moment!

Used to be my legs/butt/tummy but after heavy lifting that changed. Now it would have to be my ta-ta's (which unfortunately are not able to be grown or shaped with working out)

@LadyValacri When I was heavy, I had the worst back fat. In fact, I had to have held at least 30-40% of my weight just in my back! I've hit my goal, and my back has totally changed, it looks good now. So what I'm trying to say is - there is hope for your back! Now, the area I'm most self conscious of is my arms. I have the dreaded "bingo wings," thanks to the deflation of the fat/loose skin, but I have hope they will tighten up some over time. Also my lower stomach is another problem area, but since no one will ever be seeing that (except myself and my husband), I am not too worried about it.

Stomach. Despite being on the lower end of "normal" for bmi, I've got squish sitting on top of it. Having a curvy back doesn't help much either and sticks it out even further. What I wouldn't do for one of those sexy flat stomachs. Seriously.

Im a girl and i have high testosterone so im hairy than most women. I have hair across my stomach and i dont always shave it and sometimes ill unexpectedly have to get naked like at a doctors and they'll see it and i die a little on the inside. Starting from the top my face i think my nose and mouth are too big and im just not pretty usually ugly. My breasts are slightly uneven. Its a big cause of anxiety and sadness for me as a woman it makes me feel less feminine. As i stated earlier the hair i even have a few strands across my breasts! My legs are skinny and i have wide chubby feet. And to top it all off i am 35 pounds overweight...so a lot.
