I just remembered I have to add an NSV (I need to journal these so I don't lose them...)
I'm going hiking on 7/23 with family. 5 miles into the San Gabriel mountains, bungee jumping off the bridge to nowhere (Gulp.. I'm deathly afraid of heights, but jumping is part of facing my fears and moving forward for me), and hiking 5 miles out. My NSV will be completing it all without dying.0 -

I will definitely join...this will end right around the start of the school year. My current weight is 181, and my goal weight would be about 160.0

Tissues (Stacy), that is a wonderful NSV! I'm so scared of heights too, whew!!!
I also wanted to let everyone know that if you would like to add me as a friend then feel free to do so...we need all the motivation we can get! I pick up new friends from each challenge I participate in and I love it0 -
My goals for Sept. 5--
GW: 160 lbs.
NSV: 42.0-inch hips
NSV: Overweight BMI instead of Obese (whether I hit 160 or not I definitely want to achieve this one).
NSV: Fit into the cute black skirt that I "grew" out of 2 years ago and post a pic!
If I even hit ONE of these I'll be a happy person!0 -

So Exciting! 9/05 is just 3 weeks before my wedding so this is perfect.

That's 1.5 pounds a week and 16.5 total.
Goals:
1. Drink 2 liter of water a day
2. Stick to my calories daily with 3 exceptions (2 wedding showers and bachelorette party)
3. Walk to work and back 3 days a week.
4. Yoga once a week.
5. Strength Training 2 times a week.

Excited for this. Mondays are the worst for me so hopefully this will keep me honest over the weekend! Already planning to run a 5K in september so the timing is RIGHT!0
