I can't update everyday as I don't have access to laptop everday - can I still join?
I don't walk - at all so my goal is to walk 500 minutes in June. which is 8.3ish hours. I know it's not a lot but it's a start.
Just try to let us know how your doing on your walks any time you can. 500 minutes is a good start, and you might surprise yourself.

Friday - 25 mins. Strength Training because it is pouring
