I LOVE food and HATE dieting. This is a really hard change.

If you are hungry all the time you are probably not eating adequate protein for your lean body mass (subtract your approximate fat percentage). And you might want to make sure you get enough healthy fats. Those two things make me feel satiated. Also you need to find what works for you personally. When there are sweets a tiny serving makes me feel exactly the same way half an hour later, so I cut those down. But when it's fish & chips night you better believe I want fish, chips AND a pint. So I only do that now & then.0
