Everybody who hasn't consumed milk of any type is also dead or dying. So not consuming milk is equally unsafe.

damn. I am screwed. I have been both consuming and not consuming milk most of my life!

How would that even work? The first player would always lose.

You can load a mix of blanks and live rounds. Firing a blank that close to the head would likely still injure, and could kill.

You could use a dummy round, but then no one ever loses.

If you don't cycle the gun before the first trigger pull (and depending on type of semi-automatic), you could also have a full cartridge with an empty (or not) chamber. Then the first trigger pull could be a dry fire. Or a live fire.

PSA: Don't anyone be dumb enough to bank on any of the above. If you're handling a gun, act as though it's going to shoot a live round if you pull the trigger. Always.
