Not exactly the best two comparisons, as one was meant AS a 'before' pic. I haven't taken an 'after' pic yet, but here are my stats...
5'3", female, age 24-25, over about a year of weightloss. Started 200lbs even, currently 129.8lbs.10 -

So much motivation here!
I love it! And thank you. I do an extreme workout. But thought I'd show some results. And I still eat treats!

I came back 'cause I wanted to read the replies, saw my own two pics, and woah, I haven't actually seen any comparison photos of mine since July [and I wasn't even half as far along as I am now]. Just.

Lost 3 more pounds since last photo and now 9 to go to goal. So far this was just walking dogs X-country and trying to keep steps up. Going to try heavy lifting soon.
Everyone has done so well and has really inspired me too4 -

I've managed to steadily keep losing without exercising, however there's only so many calories you can cut, I've had to make mine to half a lb a week or I only get 1,200 if I set my goal to lose 1lb a week. On that note, I am very sedentary as I'm in my last year at uni so sit with my laptop everyday and have been living off less than 1,200 a day with little trouble... Just keep drinking tea and water and that keeps hunger down to some degree. With this I've managed to lose 5.2 lbs in less than 4 weeks (3 weeks, 4 days) oh and I'm only 5ft 2. So I can kind of get away with having less than 1,2000

The first photo was one of my inspiration for first losing. I didn't realize how large I had become. <--- That's not owning up to it. I had no idea how overweight I was. In the second was 30 lbs lighter and in the same pose, so I could see the difference.
I'm going on round 2 now, as I had my second kiddo, and I'm going more active this time. Not out of necessity, but because I'm really enjoying it. I'm not saying exercise is a must to lose weight, but it keeps things tight, and it really pushes me. So while I've lost only half that amount this time (with the same starting point), I look about the same because I'm working my muscles much more. If that makes sense.8
