My husband was having problems with his knee so he couldn't work out. So he started eating much less and much healthier. With no working out, in 1.5 months, he has lost 13 lbs. he can feel his abs now. His clothes are fitting looser. I'm proud of him!2

That's 161lbs lost just by calorie counting with a lot of walking!!!
You are amazing!2 -
About 20 pounds down, 50 to go. I mostly count calories but do walk on the treadmill for half an hour about four times a week. Until comparing these two side-by-side pictures I didn't realize what a difference the 20 pounds had made.

From 2010 and 2015. 365 pounds down to 240 pounds. I now weigh 228. I'll have to figure out how to add a newer picture.
I lost the first 100 lbs in exactly one year. Then I lost another 40 in the following 5 months. I lost the first 70 pounds before I even thought about working out. Then my body had so much pent up energy, it let me know I needed to run. Just to burn the energy. Of course finding a beautiful young lady 12 years your Junior, and having her fall in love with me, at a time I didn't even love myself. I'm lucky to have found my best friend, my soul mate, my inspiration, my better half. And then she said yes. I am indeed a very grateful and lucky man to have Jillian as my wife. I love you honey.8 -

How many calories one person is consuming doesn't really say how many you should eat. Enter your information here on MFP with a reasonable weight loss goal like 1 pound per week, then follow that amount with recalculation every 10-15 pounds.1 -
Didn't see any pictures of guys, so I thought I'd contribute. Just logging in MFP and walking with Fitbit. My last pic in the collage is almost a year old, but my profile pic is from August 2015. I stayed at that weight for a year, now I am back on to lose another 25-30 pounds.

I've begun running but these pictures are from ~220 pounds down to 170. Still looking to lose around 30-40 pounds. Obviously, not wearing a bra helped my back look better in the second picture!

I've lost over 70 lbs / 34 kg since April 2015.
I just eat what I most want within my calorie limit.1 -

i lost 18 pounds but still have a little belly pooch from having a baby! it went down a little but not a whole lot. how did everyone get a flat stomach?I did one 24 day challenge...but I wouldn't consider it a fad diet. I ate carbs, only walked & light exercise, and never starved myself (in fact I ate 5-6x a day) I also did Pilates 1x a week! 54 lbs and 7 months.
