    @LovelyRosie that is an AWESOME idea, although I think a 64oz water bottle would block my computer monitors. I have a 24oz that I aim to refill at least 3 times.

    5 days in and so far so good! It's not difficult for me to keep up with my goal. I'm averaging 12 cups a day

    And I do keep a 24 oz water bottle with me at all times.

    I've been struggling with drinking enough water lately. I'm usually very good with it but I need to get it together!

    Day 12 - 8 cups

    I'm really struggling with needing to go to the toilet so often. People tell me that it will slow down as my body gets used to the extra water that I'm drinking. My friends are convinced that I'm pregnant because I go to the toilet so often and I'm finding myself making excuses to not take my toddler to parks and playgrounds because they don't have public toilets. How long can i expect for my body to regulate and get used to the amount t of water I'm drinking?

    I'm in and my problem is I don't like water, so I add fresh squeezed lemon or add cucumber with stem of rosemary. When I add the flavor I drink 8 cups a day.

    I'm late but still joining... only just saw your thread. I used to drink lots of water. I seem to drink much less now...no idea why I cut back, I love my water! <3 Need to get back in my habit.. I'll catch up on this thread tomorrow and set a goal.

    I did great until yesterday, have a sore throat so I drank 4 cups water and a bunch of warm coffee and green tea. Back on track today.

    I drank 3 20oz bottles of H2O today, 60 oz total one cup green tea, one cup coffee, one cup milk. :) This is the #1 thing I need to make myself do!!! Last time I drank tons of water for two weeks straight and my skin cleared a looked so amazing, now, not so much:(

    I should post a before and after photo, no make up, no filter, of my Skin with drinking lots of water bc seriously it's crazy. Today was day one of challenge!

    Day 13 - 6 cups. I really need to get on top of this. It's just the frequency of needing to go to toilet that keeps putting me off. I hope my body gets used to this extra fluid soon.

    I've started filling a gallon pitcher with water, 1 sliced cucumber, 1 sliced lemon, freshly grated ginger and mint leaves. I leave it in the refrigerator overnight and drink the whole gallon throughout the next day. It equals about 16 glasses of water and is surprisingly easy to do! Plus it has so many added nutrients from the add-ins. Good luck everyone!

    I like drinking a cup of water in the morning and a cup of water in the evening before I go to bed. I feel so much better when I do that.

    I will start tomorrow. 8 glasses/day for 30 days. I am getting PRK, which is similar to Lasik, in April and they say that hydration is a key component to a successful and speedy recovery. I drink like 4 cups a week. Not good. I need to drink more and now is the perfect time so here I go. Thanks for starting this.

    I've been trying to do this for a fortnight and I've only hit 8 cups a few times. I'm going to start again tomorrow and aim for 7 days to start with.
    So staring tomorrow I'm aiming for 8 cups a day for one week.

    It is recommended to have 3 litres of water a day. I try a lot. But eventually forget. I am in. Starting today. :smile:

    After losing 40 lbs with mfp and gaining back some I'm back to shed the extra weight again. I'd have to say my number one problem is not drinking enough water. Or really drinking anything. I've downloaded an app to help keep more on track and accountability groups are the best too. My daily goal is 75oz. I've hit the mark day 1 and 2. Lets do it day 3!!!
