    I'm in! I've been struggling with these 10 pounds too! Trying south beach for the first time, and am almost done with phase 1. I've lost 3 pounds, but I cannot keep going without fruit! I've been working out 4-5 days a week. Definitely need some accountability to stay on track. :)

    I'm in! Exactly what I want. I've struggled to get to my goal ideal weight of 130 lbs since my son was born. My main focus is entire torso area
    I'm 5'6, athletic shape. right now My body fat percentage is approx 27% and I really want to get bikini ready. I'm back on here since over a year ago post pregnancy. it is nice to see that I am at least 15lbs lighter. My biggest goal is to drink tons of water every day, my skin transforms when I do. :)

    I am in! I started my diet a week ago and have a holiday lined up in May. Today is my first gym session in a long time so am hoping regular exercise will help too! :)
