This is a dream challenge. Been stuck at 168ish for a year. I'm sure I could lose 55lbs but it will be hard! I'm starting late so 10lbs a month!

Let's try weighing in once a week! Since we started on a Friday, how about every Friday we post our weight from the week before and the current week so we can easily track our own and each other's progress. I think it'd also be good to include the biggest struggle you had during the past week and then either something that went well or a piece of advice for everyone else? And/or maybe even a mini goal for ourselves each week. Can we all commit to something like that each week?0

Okay cool.
By this Friday, I would like to weigh in 3 lb less than current weight. That way, I would have to lose 2 more lb by March 31 to reach March's 5 lb goal.
I would need to be at a 2,000 calorie deficit each day to make this week's goal, so I am not sure if that is practical. I better exercise every day to make it.0 -
I am in I've started this journey about a month ago and definitely would love to challenge myself . I've had some success and would love to have a great support to continue this life changing experience !

Wow you guys may be exactly what I need to get me to my first major goal. I have been at this for almost a year now and I have plateaued big time. I have picked back up with charting every bite of food again so that has helped and I'm down 4 pounds this week finally.... A step in the right direction again.
Really...really want to be down 13 pounds by the end of April........
