    6 miles now, just over marathon distance at my best. I wouldn't ever want to run that far again though, lol. I like 7-10 miles, that distance feels good to me when I'm fit enough for it.
    I can't imagine how the ultrmarathin distance runners do it!

    Around 4 1/2 miles outdoors on hilly terrain. I didn't go "nonstop" but for the most part I ran it.

    I ran 3.49 miles straight for the first time last week, up hills and everything :smiley: I'm quite proud of this achievement as a few months ago I couldn't even run for 30 seconds straight. I'll keep at it and see if I can improve my time/distance.
