After realising my order came with two sandwiches, I wrapped up one and took it home for dinner. This two-meals-in-one deal is great.

I also have a NSF (non-scale failure): I went to a party wearing a dress and didn't realise my dress wasn't zipped up until I got home. Weirdly, I got a lot of compliments on my dress, but nobody told me it was unzipped. It took two seconds to fix, so it would have been nice to know.

Not being recognised by my passport photo at Antalya passport control last week, the guy kept looking from my passport to me - in the end we managed to make him understand that I'd lost 162lbs so my appearance would have changed a bit LOL.... roll on 2 years time when I can renew it!

Staying with my parents this week and normally that means a weight gain because I eat more and go out to eat more, and I don't have a scale here to keep track. This time around, I haven't been overeating, I'm logging everything, and making better choices going out! Still a few more days to go, but I'm hoping for a loss when I head back home!

In my gym class yesterday, I stuck through the entire class without stopping or putting down my weights. Feeling good about consistency!

Was in a hurry to leave the house and grabbed my wedding rings out of the little box I keep mine and my husbands in. I got to work and realized I put his wedding band on (he never wears it anyway). My fingers are as small as his now!

With apologies for going off topic, this kind of thing blows me away. Why don't people speak up? I'll even discreetly approach strangers, if there's something that I know could be embarrassing, and could be easily fixed (slip showing, unzip, dress hem tucked into waistband - that sort of thing). smh. Help each other out, people!

Kind of silly but my daily calorie goal went down! I don't get to eat as much but it's because I weigh less so taking it as a NSV!

My scrub pants are fitting pretty loose and during the fall they were too tight to wear comfortably.
I also haven't binged in 78 days. That is a huge NSV for me!

Today I had to close my fists while doing jumping jacks, in order to prevent my wedding ring from flying off.

My resting heart rate is down to 52 bpm.

I can wear medium shirts even though I still need my arms to shrink a little more. They are baggy in the waist but clingy on the arms.

I ordered a size small Fitbit Charge when I had to replace my previous one due to a broken clasp. I can wear the notch in the middle of the band on the small.

I get the same NSV every day, when I go to tie up my work boots I immediately look for a chair or a ledge to pick my foot up to so I can tie them up. The NSV is when I remember that I can easily bend down and do it without a blood rush to my head and that's only after losing 20lbs, I can't wait to have NSV's when I lose another 20.

For bathing suits, I never have gone below a small in bottoms (and have been in the past size large or medium) and for the first time ever (even counting high school), I am able to fit XS.

My work pants have become so saggy and I was already down to my last belt notch so I pulled out my trusty pocket knife and cut a new hole into the belt so that I could tighten my pants up and keep them from sagging so low on my waist

I've had to cut holes in belts before to extend their reach, but never to make them go tighter. A huge NSV for me!

Hi everyone! I have been on here for a year, but just lurking. I am almost 50 years old and honestly the fittest and healthiest I have ever been. For a long time, I have had a fear of falling. Not of getting hurt, but of not being able to get up without embarrassment. Last night I was doing a progressive workout...each day a new set of exercises is added on to the day before. Well, yesterdays add on was a 30 second plank. I did it! At first I was just happy that I could hold myself up in that position at all. Then I realized...not only that, but I got on the floor without even giving it a second thought. I can easily get up now, it wasn't a concern at all. Probably a very small thing to most, but it made my day :).

    Atta Lady!!!! Keep it up!

Last night I took a walk with the fiancé, for 6 1/2 miles. I wore shorts and there wasn't even the tiniest bit of friction burn (chub rub) on my inner thighs. 99lbs ago that wouldn't have even been an option!

Have a formal to go to in a few weeks and since I'm trying to lose weight I decided not to spend money on a new dress at this size since I'll never get to wear it again (that's right because I will lose this weight!), and just make something work that's already in my closet. But on a whim I decided to just browse through some dresses, and found one that was marked down to about $30 from $200. I was immediately bum when I saw it was a 10 and the only one left. I'm still fitting in 16 for goodness sakes!

Decided to try it on so I could see how far I still need to go before I'll ever be a 10, and OMG it fit! I'm sure it's vanity sizing at its finest but I'll take it.

Now if I could just get the bulk of my clothes in my closet to be a 10, and not a 16, then I'll really be excited. But I'm making progress!

That is so awesome for you~! Enjoy your dress!!
