    I was hoping for 48 hours in Feb, but missed it by 7.5 hours. Too much travelling ... but then again, there's not such a thing as too much travelling. :grin:

    Looking back at last March, I did 489.8 km (304.3 miles) = 38 hours 4 min of walking and cycling. I'd like to do at least that, and preferably up and over 500 km and 40 hours. :)

    Not sure what the next 2 weeks are going to look like. My knee has been bothering me - thought it was ITBS, and it was getting better until my run last tuesday...then the pain moved and my whole lower leg felt weird. Both my PT and my tri coach said I should get some diagnostic testing done, so I have an appt with an ortho on the 4th. My coach said just walking, stretching, and super easy bike rides until then, depending on how my knee feels (some days it aches just sitting at my desk). :(

    Hey everyone, HOW Did you get your lists to line up so neatly? I have been TRYING to use tables and lists in BBCode and HTML to align my list in colums and rows, and it wont work once its posted here!

    I suspect the BBCode on this site is restricted to very basic codes, which is unfair for more advanced users. Anyone else have this problem?
