    On Saturday 26 March, my husband and I rode a 300 km randonnee ... 300 kilometres in 17 hours and 6 minutes. :)

    March 14th: rest day
    March 15th: 1 hour weightlifting plus 1 hour spinning plus 1 hour circuits
    March 16th: 2 hours spinning
    March 17th: late finish at work :-1:
    March 18th: persuaded to go for after work cocktails!
    March 19th: 2 hours spinning
    March 20th: 1 hour circuits plus 1 hour running
    Total for week 3: 9 hours

    Total for March so far: 29 hours

    March 21st: rest day
    March 22nd: 1 hour spinning, 1 hour circuits and 1 hour lifting.
    March 23rd: 2 hours spinning
    March 24th: late finish so enforced rest day
    March 25th: rest day
    March 26th: 1 hour lifting plus 1 hour spinning
    March 27th: 1 hour circuits.
    Total for week 3: 8 hours.

    March 28th: 1 hour lifting and 1 hour spinning
    March 29th: 1 hour spinning plus 1 hour circuits
    March 30th: 1 hour spinning
    March 31st: 1 hour circuit training.

    Total for March: 43hours.

    I'm giving up on this challenge, typing up hours of exercise here in addition to tracking workouts via myfitnesspal and body space apps is just too much extra work
