I can't wait to be as active as I used to be! I know that I don't have to get to my goal weight for that to happen, but I can't do a lot of the things I used to be able to do while I'm at my current weight.

Don't know. Since I've never been slim, I have no idea what I would or could do. A lifetime of obesity has taught me to avoid public bathing and I don't expect to just up and change that since I don't even know how to swim. My whole life is organized around the limitations of obesity. Today I weigh 246.6, and have eaten my plan and expect to show a loss tomorrow. I have announced to my family that when I get to 240 I will run a 5K, and this morning I did 5K on my treadmill at my usual speed of 4.2 mph. Will I become an old runner? I don't know.

Although I do recall being forbidden to ride a roller coaster at Six Flags because my fat *kitten* wouldn't fit in the seat.

I look forward to not getting diabetes or heart disease. I don't see any reason to wait until I'm a smaller size to achieve my goals.

    And this.

As superficial as it sounds... Shopping! I'm at a decent weight now but oddly shaped. I hold the majority of my fat in my hips and thighs and boy is it going to be nice to find a pair of jeans that fit in both the thighs and waist!

    Yes!
