Almost 2 years to the day apart and 60 lbs difference. My lifestyle change has only been for about 6 months but it was hard to find a picture of me. Still have about 30 pounds left and I feel great

Wow everyone is a legend and has done sooo well. This was mine in 4 months about 16-17kgs lost. I'm 175cms.
I've lost 6kgs more since then. And yes my bathroom is still messy hahaha!18 -

Here was me on my first round when I lost 70lbs, very proud of it. Unfortunately I put it back on with interest after 3 unexpected surgeries that made me fall off the wagon, want to get back to this
