June is coming to an end and July is just around the corner. I posted July earlier due to a request from several people that will be out of town next week for the Holiday. What are your July goals? Where do you want to be a month from now? We saw a lot of losses in June... a couple gains, but this is a NEW month! We are starting fresh!!
Okay This is how I would like your weights/goals posted so it makes it easier to make a chart! Commit, follow the format, and it will be a great month! I limit the number of people on the spread sheet so if you are not going to follow through please don't take the space from someone else.

Above are the weekly weigh-in days, you do not have to post weekly goals Unless of course you want to! Weigh-ins will be every Monday. July 1st and July 30th will be our only weigh-in not on a Monday.
The link to new charts will be up by Tuesday night... If I do not have your current weight by Tuesday morning, your new weight will not be on the chart. Sorry! Good luck and look for our weekly challenges!!
I am going to try something new this month!! We will have an optional weekly challenge that will be decided by the biggest loser of the week we just finished. It will run Tuesday to Monday of the following week. So if you think you might be the biggest loser (in pounds) for the week start thinking about what you want to challenge the group to (either nutrition or physical).

I am super excited to join! I will be tranistioning to the C210K program the first week of July and I hope to do 30DS on my off days. But I am also doing the 100 pushup/ 200 situp/ 200 squat programs (just started this week )0 -

Whoohoo..I just luv u guys! July will be MY month. My parents will have my 3 kiddos...I will be leaving them up in Ma. when I go up 4th of July weekend...and will not have them back until the last weekend of the month! My "vacation" yes I will miss my kids...but this month will be about ME ..if you can only see my happy dance....:laugh:0
