I got this from another thread where they asked what the best exercise to lose weight was : "fork downs and plate aways" lol still makes me giggle but it's so true .. N it is THE toughest

This one. Weight loss is something that takes time and You wont see it tomorrow or even next week. It takes time to see the results and they are amazing. I have even used my interpretation to make my own mantra I tell myself when I want to eat something really fattening. I ask myself if it will be worth it in 20 minutes. If I eat this I won't care that I ate it because I will no longer taste it. I will feel guilty but either way in 20 minutes it will be the same either way so I avoid the guilt and pass. Weight loss is something that takes time and You wont see it tomorrow or even next week. It takes time to see the results and they are amazing.

This really hit me because I was one to always say I'll start tomorrow, or Monday, or on the 1st .

I actually saw this in a picture off of someone from MFP who posted her transformation in success stories. Posted in the mirror it said, "don't stop until your proud," and I just loved that.
