I went to bed last night and after turning out the light, I was lying there all comfy and cosy and suddenly remembered "plank challenge"!
I didn't stop to make excuses, I just turned on the light and got out of bed and did Day 3.
Do I get bonus points?0 -

I think I am over doing it at the early stages of the challenge that's why I could not go on during my second set.
