Not eating after dinner is a continual struggle. But I succeeded with it this week.
Eating too large portions is another issue but, other than salad, I did fine with that one today, too.
Not bingeing on my chef son-in-law's food when I watch their two daughters on Thursdays is always a struggle. This week there were zero leftovers in the fridge so that wasn't something I had to deal with. Yay!
I always take their oldest daughter out for a pastry on the way home from school and she never eats more than 3 bites of whatever yummy pastry she's chosen. I struggle not to finish it off. This week she bought a large chocolate eclair and I had a bite - it was AMAZING! - but managed to see it sitting there for another 20 minutes without indulging. OMG!0 -

Im ok with thus. Due to being on my period and the fact i was having some person issues i wasnt eating much thursday and friday. Started to eat bit better again on saturday. And my period is normal again whoop.
Happy if i lost this 1lb again this week.

Successes/struggles this week: Successes - I have worked really hard this week, worked out everyday and have kept to my meal plan pretty consistently. Struggles - I haven't lost any weight, I think this may be due to sleeping problems (only getting 2-3 hours a night) and I also think I may have gained some muscle, my legs and abs feel tighter. Hopefully will lose 2 pounds next week I haven't had a rest day from exercise, the scale always seems to come down after a rest day but muscles haven't been aching as much so didn't think I needed one this week.0 -
