    Im ok with thus. Due to being on my period and the fact i was having some person issues i wasnt eating much thursday and friday. Started to eat bit better again on saturday. And my period is normal again whoop.

    Successes/struggles this week: Successes - I have worked really hard this week, worked out everyday and have kept to my meal plan pretty consistently. Struggles - I haven't lost any weight, I think this may be due to sleeping problems (only getting 2-3 hours a night) and I also think I may have gained some muscle, my legs and abs feel tighter. Hopefully will lose 2 pounds next week :) I haven't had a rest day from exercise, the scale always seems to come down after a rest day but muscles haven't been aching as much so didn't think I needed one this week.

    Successes/struggles this week: Light body weight strength training has been a success. I've been doing several 30 day challenge apps. Starbucks has been a struggle. It's only through calorie counting that I realized what a big difference there was between my usual macchiato at Starbucks and the tbsp of cream I use when I have coffee at home.

    Successes/struggles this week: My week went good. I struggled with getting enough sleep and sweets/candy at work. I managed to workout Sat through Wed which was great. I had to sit my man down and tell him to stop bringing me sweets home. I had to say, just cause you have the biggest sweet tooth does not mean I do too. Ooooh I gotta reach this goal this month!

    Successes/struggles this week: had a really good week exercise wise. Hiked 10+ miles carrying either 40 or 70lbs for 4 days, walked 15 kms on 2 other days and ran 10kms on the last day as it was raining (treadmill). Despite this my weight loss hasn't been great which I suspect is partly due to DOMS and partly to water retention.

    Successes/struggles this week: Had a pizza night this week. I made sure it was on a Zumba day, and got thin crust with light cheese, spinach, and mushrooms. I was able to eat half of a medium(!) pizza and still be in losing range. When I woke this morning, I was a pound lighter! I call losing after a pizza night a success. :smile:

    Successes/struggles this week: I've busted a** at the gym this week. Still healing and working through planter fascitis, but ran for the cardio today (Friday). I find it hard to eat when I'm working, even though I pack all of my food, sometimes I'm answering calls non-stop and I just forget.
