I can clean for an hour or two before needing a break. Before I would clean 10 to 15 minutes and need a break. I can play with the kids for a longer amount of time. I can lay on the couch now with one of the kids comfortably. I can walk for an hour straight without stopping. All of this has happened in less than three months time. I can't wait to see what being under 200 has for me.

Awesome! Plus, I can relate to wanting to see what being under 200lbs feels like! I am 20 pounds away.

Laying on the couch with my kids is a great feeling!

    I can cross my legs.

I can SO identify with this - I can do this now as well!

    I can also:
    Touch my toes
    Walk miles without being exhausted
    Cycle miles without being exhausted
    Control my eating
Not feel embarrassed when clothes shopping
Get more of my clothes in the washing machine at a time

What is different for you now vs. before? For me, I am now able to wear a belt comfortably and go for a hike in the woods with my kids.

I can move? Thsts always a good start!

Go to the gym with confidence
Run four miles without stopping and run a single mile in under 9 minutes (I completed a mile in my high school PE class in over 16 minutes and didn't run the whole time)
Buy clothes in regular sizes (I've been in extended sizes since I was 9)
Get piggyback rides from my husband
    See my hip bones
Wear heels for an entire week of work (I'm a teacher)

RUN!! I remember trying to get out of the mile run in high school. Now I can run 13!

Also - we recently went on a beach vacation as a family and we rented bikes (one with a child seat for our 3 year old and one with a tagalong for our 6 year old) and rode 20+ miles 2 days in a row. I never would have WANTED to do that 6 months/60 lbs ago, let alone would I have been able to!

    Paint my toes comfortably.
    Shave my legs with ease.
    Tie my shoes easier.
    10+ push ups.
Wear sleeveless tops without feeling self-conscious.
Go out in public without makeup on. I used to hide behind my mad makeup skills.
I overall feel more comfortable in my skin.

Oh! And I can fit in the kids size XL clothes at Target. LOL. Don't judge. Some of the stuff is cute and less expensive!

I can go out and ride 50 miles just because it's a beautiful Saturday morning...and still have enough juice in the tank to take care of my chores and whatnot. Three years and nine months ago, a walk around the block was deserving of a 2 hour nap.
