I can lay on the couch now with one of the kids comfortably. I can walk for an hour straight without stopping. All of this has happened in less than three months time. I can't wait to see what being under 200 has for me.
Awesome! Plus, I can relate to wanting to see what being under 200lbs feels like! I am 20 pounds away.
Laying on the couch with my kids is a great feeling!1 -

Trim the hedges shirtless and look damn good doing it.
Take the trash to the curb shirtless......
Watch tv shirtless
Clean the gutters shirtless
Play basketball shirtless
I can do pull ups
I have much better balance
Never ever ever cook bacon shirtless and pantless is out of the question.
I loved this0 -

I can fit clothes in most stores.1

I can SO identify with this - I can do this now as well!
I can also:
Touch my toes
Walk miles without being exhausted
Cycle miles without being exhausted
Control my eating
Not feel embarrassed when clothes shopping
Get more of my clothes in the washing machine at a time

I can also step out of the shower and wrap a towel around myself completely!5
-
Put on underwear from a standing position and not fall over!4

Go to the gym with confidence
Run four miles without stopping and run a single mile in under 9 minutes (I completed a mile in my high school PE class in over 16 minutes and didn't run the whole time)
Buy clothes in regular sizes (I've been in extended sizes since I was 9)
Get piggyback rides from my husband
See my hip bones
Wear heels for an entire week of work (I'm a teacher)3 -
RUN!! I remember trying to get out of the mile run in high school. Now I can run 13!
Also - we recently went on a beach vacation as a family and we rented bikes (one with a child seat for our 3 year old and one with a tagalong for our 6 year old) and rode 20+ miles 2 days in a row. I never would have WANTED to do that 6 months/60 lbs ago, let alone would I have been able to!1 -
Paint my toes comfortably.
Shave my legs with ease.
Tie my shoes easier.
10+ push ups.
Wear sleeveless tops without feeling self-conscious.
Go out in public without makeup on. I used to hide behind my mad makeup skills.
I overall feel more comfortable in my skin.2 -
Oh! And I can fit in the kids size XL clothes at Target. LOL. Don't judge. Some of the stuff is cute and less expensive!3

I can go out and ride 50 miles just because it's a beautiful Saturday morning...and still have enough juice in the tank to take care of my chores and whatnot. Three years and nine months ago, a walk around the block was deserving of a 2 hour nap.2

I can't even begin to tell you where my fitness journey has taken me. In 2012, I weighed 235-240 pounds and was a smoker. I drank a lot and suffered from binge eating disorder. What have I done since? Quit smoking. Really lowered my drinking. Pole danced with abandon for fitness. Started practicing yoga. Bagged a peak of 10,000 feet and hike regularly. Came in 2nd in my age group in a mountain trail run. Came in 2nd in 2 Crossfit comps. Squatted 305# pounds. Deadlifted 347.5 Set 6 state records in powerlifting. Became a top 10 nationally ranked powerlifter in my weight class for women over 40. Became a Crossfit coach. Helped others get started on their fitness journey. Lost my heartburn. Breathing improved. No more foot problems! Learned how to use food for fuel. Can paint my toenails. Wear shorts in public. Can go to the lake in a swimming suit. Feel better than I did in my 20s. I will be 43 in 2 weeks and this is the best time of my life!19

Climb stairs without gasping like a dying fish. Buy clothes at a normal clothing store. Fly without a seat belt extender.4
-
Put on underwear from a standing position and not fall over!
Oh I can relate to this, some will never know.
I was 200 lbs in the service so always been big, even when I was fit so had many problems when I became fat.
Things I am loving now.
Finding clothes in almost any store
Putting on shoes with out about passing out
Sitting in a booth at a restaurant
Being able to lean over plate when eating, less food on my shirt
Being able to sit almost anywhere and know I can get back up
Knowing a chair will hold me.

I can walk for miles with little to no discomfort, including uphill. My usual routes include at least 2 hills, so I guess I've gotten used to it.2
-
I can walk down the street with my jeans around my ankles maybe its time to get a few pairs that actually fit me!4
-
If the top I'm wearing is thin enough, I try on shirts in the store over it instead of going in the dressing room! I've even bought a few without trying them on.. can't say I ever expected I'd do either of those things.2

This looks like an awesome thread!!!!
So many things I can do now, that I could not do before yayyy me!!!
I can do push ups, run/jog without getting out of breath, wear what I want without feeling self conscious of how it fits, exercising for two hours straight, and the list goes on. This was just to name a few.1 -
I can run an entire mile at 6mph without stopping And today, I ran a 5k at an average pace of 9.2km/hr - up from 8km/hr just a few weeks ago!
On top of that, I can now see some of the more defined muscles in my quads and my shoulders. I can do a barbell squat with more weight than just the bar. Oh, and I can do 10 sit-ups in a row, and 15 push-ups on my knees without stopping3 -
I can comfortably cross my arms across my chest! Sometimes I do it just to feel my thinner upper arms. I smile. (I'm an inverted triangle and carried most all my extra weight in my upper body.)
Also, I can reach *almost* my entire back to scratch it if I need to!3 -
I can jog alongside my 5 year old son and not get breathless when he does.1
