Hi Sparkles...try using avocado in your smoothie. Great texture, healthy fats and relatively bland so you taste the berries, or whatever else. Not sure if this helps your calorie count, but it makes an awesome smoothie.0 -
Yep, avocados give you that creamy texture like bananas do.0

Slice a banana into little circles then freeze it. It is my daily deserts. I can only eat about 40 grams frozen, delicious and a few calories.0

I don't eat them often, I've never liked them0

I don't eat them, too much sugar for me. Avocados are my fruit whether doing low carb or not. To each his own.1

I love bananas and I have one almost every day. This is helped by the fact that the sort I like is a locally grown naturally small variety, and one banana weighs less than half of a regular banana but has twice the flavor. Imagine all the flavor of a large banana concentrated into a lower calorie package. They are so flavorful that I don't think twice before spending 40-50 calories on one, which isn't much anyway.0

I'm allergic to them and even before I got to that point, I hated them. So gross.0

I don't like to eat just a plain banana, but I use a half of one in my smoothies, and if I make baked oatmeal I might add a few banana slices. But for some reason I don't like to eat them individually.0

Banana flavored oreos. I don't think they've done those yet.
And I eat a banana every day.0 -
i dont. but not for any particular reason. lol0

Would rather spend calories on other things.0

I don't eat bananas too often and when I do it is only one or two pieces; never a whole or even half of a banana. They upset my stomach, especially if they are in a smoothie, and they have too many calories and carbs that disrupt my macros and calories goals.
I prefer berries and apples for my daily fruit intake and I drink low sodium V8 as a source of potassium.0 -

Its also why I cant eat cantaloupe- itches my throat. I walk around scratching it sounding like a damn garbage disposal.1 -
I don't eat them.
I think they are disgusting lol. I may try again to see if my taste buds have changed..0 -
I don't. I hate them. I don't like the taste or texture at all.0
