    Successes/struggles this week: Success-My diet and exercise were better this week. Struggle- My overall weight loss for April is slower when compared to previous months, but that is to be expected at this point in a diet. It is very unlikely that I’ll hit my original goal for this month, but maybe I can at least lose 10lbs during this challenge..

    Successes/struggles this week: Crap!!! The scale just keeps going up. Luckily not by much but it is still frustrating. I've been working out at least 3 times a week and working on my eating. Really struggling with food as it is all so good!! Hopefully I'll have some downward movement next week.

    Successes/struggles this week: success not eating everything in sight because of that time. But my struggle was I really wasn't hungry throughout the day either :(. struggle I gained weight at the beginning of the week and I struggled with being full but I am eating the right stuff apparently. 2 more pounds to lose this month and I am on target.     Successes/struggles this week: My successes this week were staying within my calorie goals and preparing more home cook meals. Another success was I increased my water intake to 10 cups. My skin and hair are extremely dry still so I will eventually get to 12 cups of water a day. My struggles were I was unable to reach my exercise goals most of the week. My progress with sleep goals was pretty much nonexistent. I still think getting more rest and hydrating myself a little more will increase my weight loss so that I can reach my 2lb week goal. I am a little more frustrated with my progress this week but at least I can shoot for increasing my exercises. I can also work on alleviating some of that stress in my life right now.

    Successes/struggles this week: My Fitbit Charge HR is definitely getting me moving more. I need to dial it in with the my diet and I know I'll be losing. My sister just got within 5 lbs of her 18 year old weight and I'm jealous! Hopefully a little lighthearted competition with her will be just what I need to get my butt in gear!

    Having a migraine for 2 days made it hard to continue on my work out schedule. Luckily my workout partner motivated me to push through and the exercise helped with the pain :)

    Successes/struggles this week: I've done A LOT of exercise this past week and it seems to have slowed down my weight loss a little, which is pretty annoying. I think it's just my body getting used to extremely high levels of exercise instead of the moderate I had been doing. Fingers crossed for a good week next week!

    Successes/struggles this week: Got a little cocky last week and ignored my nutrition goals for the first two days, but was immediately humbled and pulled myself together. Sleep is still an issue for me and with the exception of last night am only getting about 3 hours a night. Loving the longer days and reveling in the daylight, but I think it is impacting my sleep cycle. The goal is to get into a better sleep routine with some meditation about 30 mn prior to bed.

    Struggles/Successes: Had my monthly whoosh after a couple of weeks of staying between 74 and 76 Kg. Adjusted my calorie intake slightly (lowered it to 1400-1600 cals where I used to stay between 1600-1800 cals) and that seemed to do the trick to start the loss again. Will re-evaluate if the weight drops too quickly now...

    I've hit a pretty big plateau the closer I get to my goal and it coming off a lot slower. It can make it feel pointless at times but when it does drop it feels great. I also have struggled with wanting to eat "normal" at times. I remind myself this is the new normal and to enjoy here and there without going nuts like before.
