In the summer I like the cool sheets and it's really comfortable however with this weather (UK), I cant imagine sleeping naked. I wish I could, don't like wearing cloths in bed but I'd freeze. Saying that, I heard once the body burns calories when it's cold (guessing you have to be really cold) as use it tries to raise your temperature (a reason for sucking) ice cubs. Maybe a myth ?0

Naked as often as possible.0

I often put biofreeze on my shoulders and back and I hate the way it feels touching fabric, not to mention that it will stain your clothes! I keep a robe on my door in case I do need to get up.0

That said, I feel like sleeping naked means you should change the sheets very often - it's sort of like using the same underwear for a few days in a row, right? Right now I change my sheets every other day anyway because my dog is always lying around here, so I sleep naked. I think it's good to feel your own body, too - it's good for confidence.
Still working on being confident enough to walk around easily in front of people. I go to Korean bathhouses, where al the women are naked, and I always tiptoe around really gingerly, lol.
Agree do this too0 -
Gotta sleep with atleast some silky undies.0

Why would I wear clothes to bed when I have covers to do their job?1

You got to let your body breathe sometime so I go commando!0

I prefer to toss and turn while naked.0

I used to sleep in my underwear. My husband has always slept naked. I learned I like to as well. Skin to skin cuddling at night is amazing. I have always had the fear of what happens with emergencies in the middle of the night but I keep a robe handy that I can easily throw on.2

I sleep in tank tops with a built in shelf bra, because I've gotta keep The Ladies supported I don't wear anything on the bottom, because I cannot stand the feeling of something on my legs while I sleeping.1

T-Shirt and Panties. Weird I know, but makes my wife laugh.

Nada - in fact, I often forget to pack anything "nightwear" on business trips. That has gotten a little awkward when I have found myself occasionally having to room with a coworker and I'm scrambling through my bag for a tank and panties1

Yep. My wife doesn't though. And since our daughter is 1 now and walking / running all over the place, it's going to come to an end soon, sadly. But there's always 19 or so years later when she's in college. Always looking ahead, lol.2

YES! Of course. Naked is good! Although I might wear something if it's cold. I live in a warm climate, and in the summertime I wear as little as possible during the day as well, and nothing at all, when circumstances permit.1

I think even if our daughter wasn't at home I would still wear underwear (boxer or boxer briefs). Can't sleep with a shirt on because I tend to get too warm and wake up but I have to wear socks because my feet get cold. So technically, i wouldn't be sleeping naked anyway0

Winter or trip: No chance in hell
Summer: No chance in hell to clothes0 -

I have slept naked since I was a kid. I cannot sleep if not naked. This presents a huge problem when trying to nap on long airplane flights....US Air and American frown on it, but El Al Airlines will actually throw you out the emergency exit....0

What's sleep? mostly a singlet and underwear.0
